We were shocked upon hearing of the passing away of Harlan. Our deepest sympathy go out to you. Words are so hard to express at a time like so. We have known Harlan for many years. Dear Marilyn and family, I had the privilege to meet and get to know Nehemiah (as I called him in Israel) for a brief time while traveling together. I found him to be a man who was in love with the Lord, and in love with life. He was a lot of fun, a kidder, and a great pictionary player! It was a privilege for me to have that time to meet him. He is definately dancing with his Lord today. My sympathy though to those of you who are left behind, waiting to join him. I wanted to be there Wednesday night,but my plans made it impossible. I was sure it was going to be a true celebration of his life. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all.

Our hearts are with you as you begin the rest of your life's journey without Harlan.
We always looked for Harlan when we went to the Clay County Fair. There he'd be, sitting in the hottest booth of the fair, fireplaces roaring with a big smile on his face! He was such a fun person to visit with. We will sorely miss him this year. Take care and wrap yourself in the love and care that your friends are sending your way.
