I met Lyle through Divorce Care in Le Mars. It seems like he was always there at every activity I attended: Beginning Experience, Ya-Tec, and Celebrate Recovery. Lyle loved the Lord and was diligent about working on himself to become a better person. He will be missed by many, including me. You have my sympathy during this time of loss.

I was just remembering last easter when we had the easter egg hunt at Grandma Nyhof's house.... I'm not sure who was more excited about their accomplihment of finding all their eggs---Grandpa Lyle-or his grandsons. I was also kind of surprised when Lyle said to Amy--"don't those boys need jackets?" I wouldn't have thought that Lyle would even think of the temp outside and his grandsons health..But he loved those boys very much!!!
