Rachel Hope Leusink

Rachel Hope Leusink, daughter of Josh and Allison Leusink, passed away April 14, 2016 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.  Rachel’s life on this earth was short, but her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.  Rachel is now in the presence of the Lord singing and dancing like her siblings on earth.

            A private family service will be held.  Services have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home in Sioux Center, IA.

            Survivors include her parents, Josh & Allison Leusink of Hawarden, IA; her siblings, Wyatt (7) Karlee (6), and Paul (20 months); grandmother, Jo Dirksen of Sioux Center, IA, grandparents, John & Ronda Leusink of Orange City, IA,

            Rachel was preceded in death by her grandfather, Arlyn Dirksen.
