Memorial services will be held Monday May 2, 2005 at the New Life Reformed Church at 11:00am with Rev. Carl Boersma officiating. Interment will be prior to the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center, IA.

A Prayer service will be held Monday May 2, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home in Sioux Center at 10:00 am.

Visitation will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Sunday, May 1, 2005 from 2-8 pm with the family present from 2-4 pm.

The Vermeer Family prefers memorials be directed to CHEARS Home Health and Hospice.
