Alfredo Olivares Lastiri

Alfredo Olivares Lastiri, age 45 of Sioux Center, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at the Ponca State Park in Ponca, Nebraska.  

A visitation with family present will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, 4-8p.m. at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.  There will be a prayer service at 7:30p.m.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church in Sioux Center with Father Mauro Sanchez officiating.  A private family interment will follow the service in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery of Hospers, Iowa.  

The family requests that those who attend the funeral mass wear white to honor Alfredo’s memory.  

If floral memorials are given the family would prefer white flowers.
